Hello, my name is Amanda. I am a registered nutritionist and health coach. When I chose my specialist area, I wanted to choose the healthiest area I possibly could. So, I chose the Mediterranean Diet and Lifestyle, and have never looked back. The Mediterranean Diet won the US News Overall Best Diet for 2023, a spot rightfully held for the past 6 years! The Mediterranean diet has been found to reduce obesity, type 2 diabetes, risk of stroke and coronary heart disease, risk of dementia and cognitive decline, risk of common cancers and high blood pressure. It also has been found to improve gut health. It is more of a lifestyle than a "diet", it is family friendly, community based, the food is delicious. I am sure you will love it!
