Exciting news everyone.....Online Healthy Med Easy groups are proposed to start in January 2024! Woohoo!
Are you (or your doctor) thinking you need to get healthy, but its important that you enjoy the journey for it to be sustainable? .....You are not on your own my friend, 2024 is the start of the new and improved you, and you are going to love it!
You and your friends are invited, to join us on a traditional Mediterranean adventure with the friendly and knowledagble registered Mediterranean Nutritionist called Amanda......So, what are you waiting for? Let's Get Healthy Mediterranean Style!
We all know that Winter in the UK is going to be cold and dark (the song bleak mid-winter springs to mind) ....so why not switch on the mediterranean sunshine, and pour yourself a delicious glass of red wine without the guilt!

Enjoy Christmas and New Years with friends and family! Get used to celebrating this way and not restricting yourself is important at time of the year.
Sit back, relax and watch "Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones" on Netflix (prefer to read? Check out Dan Buettner as an author)
Recreate your favourite mediterranean dish with a glass of red wine and share it with your family
Treat yourself to a brikka or turkish coffee pot, then invite your neighbours round for a real medierranean coffee with homemade chocolate olive oil cake
Listen to La Trobe University Australia Podcast called "Health Benefits of the Mediterranean Diet" with a glass of Sangria and nibbles
Have a pizza making party with the kids and/ or grand kids
Start a herb garden or shelf (inside or out), admire the results and use wherever possible
Grab a mediterranean cookery book from the library and bookmark lots of fabulous recipes
Clear out all that processed food and give it to your local Food bank
Stock up on dried oregano and mint....plus don't forget some good quality extra virgin olive oil!
