Pan con tomate….so quick and delicious. Commonly eaten as breakfast.



Ingredients:

1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

1 Garlic clove

1 Large tomato

Rustic bread toasted

Maldon salt


  1. Toast the bread

  2. Grate the tomato and put aside

  3. Drizzle the olive oil on the toast

  4. Scrape the garlic over the bread. Scraping around the edges and the rough parts of the bread will capture the garlic oil and flavour.

  5. Top with the grated tomato pulp

  6. Season with salt and enjoy!
